I was broke down on I-79 Mr. Mason came out and assessed the situation on my 5th wheel camper in the rain. He got the spring on my 5th wheel repaired. Mr. Mason then let me stay at his shop with electric hook up and finished needed repairs so I could be on my way home. I thank Wade’s for all their help.

The recall was issued mainly due to problems with rear suspension and transmission control software.
On 1 August we were involved in an early morning accident just north of Waynesburg. Wade's sent out the tow trucks to take the cars back to their shop in Waynesburg and gave us a ride back to the shop. We were on our first leg of a lengthy trip west, but our car was damaged too badly to be driven (was actually totaled). The folks at Wade's made sure we were taken care of and even coordinated with our insurance company to make sure we could get a rental. Turned out the only rental cars available were in Morgantown, 45 minutes away, and then had one of their employees drive us to the rental facility, so we could return back home to the DC area. We stayed in contact with Wade's while the insurance company was determining what to do and the ladies in the front office kept us up to date on what was going on and what would happen with the car. Later, they made sure that anything we had left in the car, including the rear license plate, was returned to us. Then they followed up to make sure we had received it. There aren't enough good words to tell how relieved we were because of the help they gave us and the care for our well being that was expressed. All the people we dealt with at Wade's were extremely helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I'd give them 10 if the rating selection went that high.
